How much is shipping?
To keep shipping costs as low as possible. We look over every order/request and submit a quote request to multiple carriers. We then give you the best rate we find! No markups!!!
When will my order be shipped?
All products online are in stock. After payment we can have orders shipped 2-3 business days
When will my order be delivered?
We work with you to arrange a delivery date. We can even give you a heads up when your order is just a couple hours away.
Can I pick up the order myself?
Totally! Come say hi and we’ll load the order up. You can also schedule your own courier/LTL freight.

Returns
Worried you won’t like our products?
We’ll answer all your questions beforehand to make sure our products are the perfect solution to your needs. We’ll even provide sample products so you can try them out. We want to make sure you’re happy with our products long before you commit to an order.
If a return is really necessary, we’ll work through that on a case by case basis. Keep in mind that in all situations, customer satisfaction is always our priority. Feel free to hold us to that. In most cases, shipping costs on returned products are the responsibility of the customer.
