Our products are shipped on skids. The cost of which is greatly determined by the distance to the client, as well as the weight and number of skids being delivered. This makes it hard to have predetermined shipping costs on our site. To make sure we're not over charging our clients, we quote the shipping for each order placed.

- Make sure you create an online account so your quotes are saved
- Use the Add To Quote button to add items to your quote
- The button on the bottom right will take you to your quoting page at any time
- When your ready fill out your details and click Submit Quote

Due to the nature of our products we can't ship to PO Boxes
Customs & Duties
For international orders, all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Principle Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We'll gladly help you through this process.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

To keep shipping costs as low as possible. We look over every order/request and submit a quote request to multiple carriers. We then give you the best rate we find! No markups!!!
When will my order be shipped?
All products online are in stock. After payment we can have orders shipped 2-3 business days
When will my order be delivered?
We work with you to arrange a delivery date. We can even give you a heads up when your order is just a couple hours away.
Can I pick up the order myself?
Totally! Come say hi and we’ll load the order up. You can also schedule your own courier/LTL freight.
